Göç

Bage was exhibited in the 2019 group exhibition Migration (Göç) at Trump Art Gallery in Istanbul. Bringing together artists from different disciplines, the exhibition explored migration through personal, cultural, and collective narratives, with Bage contributing a story rooted in my family's migration history.

Bage

Bage is inspired by my family's migration from the Caucasus to Rumelia. Through symbolic objects and personal memory, the painting reflects on displacement, loss, resilience, and the enduring bond between identity and homeland. Created from stories passed down through generations, it transforms a family history into a universal narrative of migration.
